Our Founder.

Meraki Nanny Agency was founded by Dianne, who has worked as a Private Nanny, Newborn Care Specialist and Parent Coach since 1990, her work has taken her all over the United States. 

With her Education in Early Child Development, she is also a Newborn Care Specialist and Specializes with Multiples. It is with her experience and knowledge coupled with her passion for professionalism that gives Dianne a solid understanding of the private staffing sector. 

In addition to her knowledge in Early Child Development, Dianne volunteers with a non-profit organization called Trauma Intervention Program. It is through this organization, where she was specially trained in Emotional First Aid. She provided immediate emotional and practical support to survivors of tragedy by the requests for assistance from police officers, firefighters, paramedics, deputy coroners and hospital personnel.

She quickly realized that many of the skills learned through the special training were being utilized with the families she worked with. She found that many families were dealing with tragedy, crisis, anxiety or postpartum.  It was the experience and gratitude of those she helped, that led to Meraki Nanny Agency!

Her vision is to provide a service that gives parents the tools to succeed. She personally oversees and manages all aspects of the agency to continually ensure quality.  She enjoys traveling, checking things off her bucket list and volunteering in her free time.
