We are a professional service who provide nannies to families staying at hotels. We deliver the best nanny care and we cater to your family’s needs. We give you peace of mind that your child is in the safest hands. Our team of nannies are made up of well qualified childcare specialists who have undergone our 9 point screening process, background check and training to ensure that your little ones are safe, engaged and well cared for.

Our nannies come to the hotel room equipped with age-appropriate games, activities, and crafts. Kids enjoy a night of planned and ready fun and engagement, while parents enjoy a night out. Simply contact the our agency and let us know the kind of care you're looking for, and we'll arrange a nanny who is well-suited.  You'll receive her online bio, including a photo and description of her experience. That’s it! We do all of the work!

Meraki Hotel Care

Request Care.

  • Request by clicking on the link below to place a request for childcare.

  • Fill out the request form and schedule a call with a Meraki Care Coordinator.

  • We will match a Meraki Nanny based on your information and requests.

  • We will exchange details about the Nanny providing care.

  • The Meraki Nanny will arrive at the agreed upon time on the day of care.

Hotel Guests.

  • 4 Hour Minimum for childcare.

  • Nanny rate paid directly to the nanny: $20-28 Per Nanny- Per Day

  • Parking Reimbursement Is Required

  • Creative Fee-$5 Per Child (Covers Supplies Used In Arts, Crafts, Games And Activities While In Our Care.)

  • 4 Hours Or More- Meals Should Be Provided Onsite For Childcare.

  • Booking Fee: $45 Per Nanny, Per Day

For Events- Nanny to children ratios.

  • All Children Under 2 Years Of Age — 1:2

  • All Children 2-4 Years Of Age — 1:3

  • All Children Over 4 Years Of Age — 1:4

For Special Events We Will Consult You On The Number Of Childcare Specialists Needed Based On How Many Children And Their Ages.
