Once we’ve learned more about your specific needs, we’ll quote you a detailed rate range.

What Does Legally Paid Mean And Consist Of? Would I Be An Employee Of The Family?

Being legally paid means you will be a legal employer of the nanny.  You will collect a I9 and w-4 and you will provide paycheck stubs, a W-2 will be given for taxes at the end of the year. Meraki Nanny Agency is not the employer. The family always is the employer.

How Long Does The Process Take?

For full-time positions, we recommend you allow 4 - 6 weeks and for part-time positions 6 - 8 weeks. While many of the families we work with find their nanny within the first three interviews, this time allows the freedom to interview as many potential caregivers as needed.
