Our team will work with you to understand your needs, develop a detailed job description and design a competitive compensation package to attract career-minded nannies specific to the needs of your family. There is a Non-Refundable Registration Fee of $250 required to begin the placement process. This fee will be applied to the final selection of your Investment Package. You will be able to select your package towards the end of the process.


Each placement will receive our 9 Point Screening which consists of a formal application and resume review, phone screen interview, in-person/zoom interview, professional evaluation, skills assessment, social media check, CPR/First Aid certified verification, in-depth reference check, background check and driving record check.

Professional Nanny rates in our area is typically $18-$25/hr. A Newborn Care Specialist’s rate is between $25-$45/hr. This amount varies based on the caregivers experience and education level.
